At ZoomMart, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔁 Returns

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Customers can request a return only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • A wrong product has been delivered

📦 Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory to process any return request

  • Return requests without proper proof may be rejected

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zoommart.in with your order details, issue description, and unboxing video.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Personal care items (such as soaps, skincare, etc.)

  • Innerwear and hygiene-related products

  • Items returned without original packaging


🔄 Return Approval Process

  • Once your request is received, our team will review the details and proof provided

  • If approved, return instructions will be shared with you

  • ZoomMart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the provided evidence


💰 Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by ZoomMart

  • In other approved cases, the customer may be required to bear return shipping costs


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund claims

  • Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted

  • Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for return

  • ZoomMart is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling
