🔁 Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Customers can request a return only under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Unboxing video proof is mandatory to process any return request

Return requests without proper proof may be rejected

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Personal care items (such as soaps, skincare, etc.)

Innerwear and hygiene-related products

Items returned without original packaging
🔄 Return Approval Process

Once your request is received, our team will review the details and proof provided

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you

ZoomMart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on the provided evidence
💰 Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
🚚 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by ZoomMart

In other approved cases, the customer may be required to bear return shipping costs

Unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund claims

Returns requested after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted

Products showing signs of use will not be eligible for return

ZoomMart is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling
